Terms of Use
Last updated: 2 November 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and the operator of Alchemist’s Apprentice (its home page, the website where it is played, the Telegram bot and Mini App, and the mobile app — together, the “game”). By playing the game you accept them. Please also read the Privacy Policy.
1. Who we are
- Mykola Reznichuk, sole trader (živnostník) registered in the Slovak Republic
- 1. mája 555/6, 907 01 Myjava, Slovakia
- Email: kolya.reznichuk@gmail.com
- Telegram: @reznichuk
2. Who can play
You can play if you are 16 or older. If you are younger, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy for you; the game asks about this at the first launch. A parent or guardian who agrees is responsible for the child’s use of the game.
3. The game
- The game is free to play. Some optional extras can be bought (section 7), and you may choose to watch an ad for a bonus (section 8). Nothing that decides a fight is sold: no damage, no gear, no ranks.
- The game is in active development: we may change, add or remove content, rebalance it, reset leaderboards or seasonal events, and fix mistakes in saves caused by bugs.
4. Your account
- An account is created for you when you start playing (a guest account). You can add a login and password, link Telegram, or open the account on other devices with a login code.
- Keep your password and login codes to yourself. Anyone who has them can play your account.
- Your display name must not be offensive, hateful, impersonate others or contain advertising. We may change such a name.
- You can delete your account at any time in Profile → Privacy & data.
5. Fair play
You agree not to:
- cheat: use bots, scripts, modified clients, memory editors or automation, or send game results that you did not achieve by playing;
- exploit bugs instead of reporting them;
- create several accounts to farm gifts, friend bonuses or leaderboard places, or to avoid a ban;
- attack, overload, scan or reverse-engineer our servers, or try to access other players’ accounts or data;
- sell, buy or trade accounts or game items for real money;
- harass other players or use the game to break the law.
If you break these rules, we may remove the results gained that way, reset the progress, or suspend or delete the account. For serious or repeated breaches we may do so without warning. If you think we made a mistake, write to us.
6. Virtual items
Coins, items, resources, experience and everything else you get in the game are part of the game. They have no monetary value, are not your property, cannot be exchanged for money and may change as the game develops. You receive a personal right to use them in the game while your account exists.
7. Purchases and stardust
- What you can buy: comfort and time (for example, a longer offline time for the tower or one more of each machine), looks, and stardust — the game’s premium currency, spent on speeding machines up and on looks. Each product, what it contains and its price are shown before you pay. Prices include VAT where it applies.
- How you pay: through the platform you play on — Telegram Stars in Telegram, the App Store or Google Play in the mobile app, or on the website through an online reseller that sells on our behalf as the merchant of record (named at checkout). Their own terms apply to the payment.
- Delivery: what you buy is added to your account at once, on every device you play it on. Your purchase history is in the game’s shop and in your data download.
- Right of withdrawal: as a consumer in the EU you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a contract made at a distance. For digital content delivered at once, this right ends when the delivery begins, if you expressly agreed to that and acknowledged losing the right. The game asks for this agreement before every purchase; without it the purchase does not go ahead.
- Refunds: if something you paid for did not arrive or does not work as described, write to us and we will deliver it, fix it or refund it. Purchases made through Apple or Google can also be refunded under their own rules. When a purchase is refunded, a product bought once stops working, and of what it gave, the part you have not spent yet is removed from your account. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
- Stardust and bought items are virtual items (section 6): they have no value in money, cannot be exchanged for money, transferred or sold, and are lost when you delete your account. They are not refunded except as described above or where the law requires.
- No paid chance: nothing that is sold has a random content. The only random rewards (such as the merchant’s free chest) are free, and the game shows their chances.
- Players under 16 may buy only with the permission of a parent or guardian. If a child bought something without it, the parent or guardian can write to us.
- If a product is removed or changed, what you already bought stays usable for as long as the game runs, or we replace it with something of equal worth.
8. Rewarded ads
- Ads are shown only when you choose to watch one for a reward, never between screens or after a defeat, and at most 10 a day.
- The reward is given once the ad has played to its end. Closing it early gives nothing.
- The “No ads” purchase gives up to 5 of these rewards a day without watching.
9. Our rights in the game
The game — its code, art, music, texts, names and design — belongs to Mykola Reznichuk or its licensors. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to play it for your own non-commercial use. You may share screenshots and videos of your play, as long as you do not suggest they are official or sell them as such.
10. Availability
We work to keep the game running and your save safe, but the game is provided “as is” and “as available”. It may be unavailable at times, for example during updates or when our hosting providers or Telegram have problems. We may stop the game entirely; if we do, we will announce it in advance where we reasonably can.
11. Liability
The game is free to play. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage, lost profits or the loss of virtual items. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, for harm to life or health, or any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded by contract.
12. Ending the agreement
You can stop playing and delete your account at any time. We may end the agreement and delete an account for a serious breach of these terms (section 5), or if we stop the game. If we stop the game, we will announce it at least 30 days in advance and refund stardust bought and not spent in the last 90 days.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, for example when the game changes or the law requires it. The date at the top shows the current version. If a change matters, the game asks you to accept the new terms the next time you open it; if you do not agree, you can stop playing and delete your account.
14. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the Slovak Republic. If you are a consumer living in another EU country, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of that country, and you can bring a claim in the courts of the place where you live. Please contact us first — most problems can be solved quickly. As a consumer you may also turn to an alternative dispute resolution body; in Slovakia this is the Slovak Trade Inspection (Slovenská obchodná inšpekcia, soi.sk ).
15. Contact
Questions, complaints, problems with a purchase, or reports of bugs and cheaters: kolya.reznichuk@gmail.com or @reznichuk in Telegram.
